QC photos are your one chance to catch problems before a parcel leaves China: they show colour, size tags, obvious defects and whether the item matches your note — but they cannot confirm authenticity, exact materials, durability or how it fits your body.

What QC photos show
After your item reaches the warehouse, Litbuy photographs it. Good QC lets you confirm the obvious things a listing photo hides:
- ✓Colour and print
Whether the real colour and any graphic match what you expected.
- ✓Size tags and labels
The tagged size and any care label — cross-check against measurements.
- ✓Obvious defects
Loose stitching, glue marks, scuffs or wrong hardware.
- ✓Matches your note
Right model, colourway and quantity you asked the seller for.
What QC photos cannot guarantee
QC is a visual check, not a lab test. It cannot confirm authenticity, exact material composition, long-term durability, smell, or how something fits your body. Treat it as “does this look right?” — not “is this perfect?”
How to request extra QC
If a listing is risky (electronics, delicate prints, sizing you are unsure about), ask whether Litbuy offers additional photos or checks. Do this before you submit the parcel, while the item is still in the warehouse.
Choosing a shipping line without overpaying
International shipping is the biggest variable in your total (see the markup breakdown). The cheapest quote is not always the cheapest parcel:

Weight and volume, in plain terms
Before you consolidate, guess heavy or light: tops and hats are light; shoes, denim, bags and anything with hardware are heavy or bulky. Group a heavy item with a few light ones so a single parcel earns its shipping.
