China rep & agent glossary: W2C, batch, haul, QC and more
New to reps and agents? Half the confusion is vocabulary. This plain-English glossary explains the words you will meet on a Litbuy Spreadsheet — from “W2C” to “volumetric weight”.
| Term | What it means |

| W2C | “Where to cop” — a link or list showing where to buy a specific item. W2CSpreadsheet is a W2C list. |
| Agent | A service that buys items in China for you and ships them abroad. Litbuy is an agent. |
| Spreadsheet | A curated list of items and links used for discovery. Not a store and not a price guarantee. |
| QC | Quality check — warehouse photos of your item before it ships. |
| Batch | A specific factory run of a rep item. Different batches can differ in quality. |
| Haul | A group of items bought together, often shipped in one consolidated parcel. |
| Consolidation | Combining multiple orders into one parcel to cut international shipping. |
| GB / Group buy | A shared listing where many buyers order the same item, sometimes at a better price. |
| PSP | “Please stop production/photos” style abbreviations vary; always read the seller’s own note. When unsure, ask support. |
| Volumetric weight | Shipping weight based on size, not scale weight. Bulky-but-light items are billed on volume. |
| Domestic shipping | The small cost to move an item from the seller to the agent’s warehouse inside China. |
| Line | An international shipping option with its own price, speed and rules. |
| Warehouse | Where the agent receives, inspects, stores and consolidates your items. |
| Restricted items | Goods some lines or countries will not carry (e.g. liquids, batteries, certain materials). |
