How to use Litbuy: from a link to your doorstep

Every step of the Litbuy shopping process in the order it really happens — how to buy on Litbuy, what to check at each stage, and where beginners slip. Discovery is on W2CSpreadsheet; ordering, QC and payment are on the official Litbuy site.

Spark notes

Copy an item link from W2CSpreadsheet, create a Litbuy account, paste the link so Litbuy buys it at 0% markup, review the QC photos, consolidate, then pick a shipping line and track it home.

  • Discovery is on W2CSpreadsheet; ordering, QC and payment are on the official Litbuy site.
  • You pay goods + service fee + domestic shipping first; international shipping later, once the parcel is ready.
  • The two steps beginners rush are QC (step 6) and choosing a line (step 8).
  • Ten steps, grouped into five moves: Spark, Buy, Heat check, Consolidate, Ship.

Litbuy calls itself a paste-a-link agent: you bring the link, it does the buying, storing and shipping. Here is the full journey, grouped into the five moves from the homepage and expanded step by step.

1

Spark: find an item and copy its link

Browse W2CSpreadsheet by category or search. When you find something, copy the item link. If it is already a Taobao / Weidian / 1688 / Tmall URL, that works too — Litbuy reads all four.

2

Create your Litbuy account

Register on the official Litbuy site. This is where your orders, balance, QC photos and parcels live. The spreadsheet never holds your account or money.

3

Buy: paste the link, Litbuy purchases at 0% markup

Paste the link into Litbuy and confirm size, colour, quantity and any note to the seller. Litbuy buys the item at the seller’s listed price — it does not mark up the goods — and charges a service fee instead. See the full markup breakdown before you assume a total.

4

Pay for the goods (or top up your balance)

You pay the item cost plus domestic shipping and the service fee. International shipping is paid later, once the parcel is ready. Keep your order records.

5

Wait for purchase and warehouse arrival

The seller ships the item to Litbuy’s warehouse inside China. Status moves from “awaiting warehouse” to “arrived”. Purchasing time varies by seller — do not expect same-day.

6

Heat check: review QC photos

The warehouse photographs your item. Check colour, size tags, obvious defects and whether it matches your note. If something is wrong, this is the moment to raise it. Learn what to look for in the QC guide.

7

Consolidate: store and combine parcels

Litbuy offers free storage for a period so you can wait for several orders, then combine them into one parcel. Fewer parcels usually means lower international shipping per item.

8

Choose a shipping line and pay

Pick an international line based on price, speed and what it allows to your country. Weight and volume drive the cost. Read how to compare lines so you do not just grab the cheapest quote.

9

Track and receive

Once shipped, track the parcel to your door. Delivery time depends on the line, customs and your country — treat any estimate as a range, not a promise.

10

Save records and contact support when needed

Keep screenshots of orders, QC and tracking. If anything goes wrong, contact Litbuy support with your order number.

Beginner tip: the two steps people rush are QC (step 6) and line choice (step 8). Slowing down there prevents most refunds and overpaying.
